You follow along and answer
The transcript scrolls on your phone as it happens. When the office asks for something only you know, a question pops up. Tap Yes or No, pick a date, or type the last four of your Social. The assistant says it.
You get a written record
When the call ends you have the full transcript, the appointment date, time and place, and anything you were asked to do next. Nothing to remember, nothing to write down.
It never pretends to be you
